So, I never thought I would be able to jog, better yet run. An amazing friend, Miss Janelle Flint, was one person I knew believed in me whole heartedly :) And guess what?! Today I ran for 8 minutes straight!! I never in a million years thought I would ever be able to. So I would like to give a shout out to Janelle if she reads this :) Thank you :)
Now you are totally a runner...well except for that shin splint. I'm so proud of you. We HAVE to run together sometime.
